Electrocoat paintsElectrocoat paintsAMFOR INC. as a company who specializes in fluid filtration have brought more than 20 years' experience on spiral-wound membranes and filtration systems for water purify, food and beverage, Dairy, Electro coat paints and pharmaceutical applications. AMFOR provides the widest product line in the industry with a complete range of membrane filtration processe: What is Electrocoat?
Cathodic Electrocoat
In cathodic electrocoating, the part to be coated is given a negative charge, attracting positively charged paint particles. Cathodic electrocoat applies a negative electrical charge to the metal part which attracts positively charged paint particles. Reversing the polarities used in the anodic process greatly reduces the amount of iron entering the cured paint film and enhances the properties of cathodic products. Cathodic coatings are high-performance coatings with excellent corrosion resistance, and can even be formulate for exterior durability. Electrocoat paints The Electrocoating (e-coat) process offers you many advantages. Those advantages start with an appropriate pretreatment, move on to careful electrocoating, and finish with thermal curing. More industries than ever before are selecting electrocoating for the following reasons: Excellent Finish Quality, High Productivity, Cost-Effectiveness, High-Efficiency, and Versatile Technology Options. In addition, electrocoating offers an "environomic" solution-no heavy metals, no HAPS and low VOCs. AMFOR's high performance EDUF membrane and Reverse Osmosis membranes provide the highest permeate output in the smallest package available. Whether your interest is: AMFOR has the right package, new installation or retrofit, to meet your needs...all at the lowest GPM cost available today. |
